I strongly oppose the implementation of this rule. As a retail investor, if I find myself on the wrong end of a trade, that's my responsibility. The same should apply to everyone else. Allowing the Exchange to suspend trading when the market doesn't benefit them or institutions they wish to protect - and to do so under the guise of \"protecting investors and the public interest\" - is unacceptable. Despite the repeated assertions, this rule does NOT promote a free and fair market.
