To whom it may concern,
With the vast amounts of corruption in our markets already, there seems to be great faith in single positions doing thing on the basis of the greater good and common welfare for the individual trader, and yet it is those people that have proved over and over to bend the rules to the whims of their benefactors. I would caution giving more and more power to control to single bodies, as they have proven corruptible consistently over the years, and you are literally asking for bigger problems in the future. Second, siting a Free-market as the reason, is contradictory to the word, and a blatant falsity. Giving a single enormity more power to control does not provide more freedom.
