This proposal is a direct attack on the retail investor cutting them completely out of the natural capitalist cycle of supply and demand. Subjecting the retail investors to the whims of the Exchange while they arbitrarily sequester the retail investors from the process for their own gain is an affront to the American dream. What's worse is the exchange is suggesting they are doing this for the sake of the retail investor, they should be ashamed.
