I am a retail investor and I completely oppose this rule change SR-NYSE-2021-60. You can’t keep allowing Wall Street to modify the rules in favor of these over leveraged institutions. They already blocked retail from purchasing shares in 01/21, and there have been ZERO repercussions for the blatant fraud. Why are you allowing this to happen? Do not pass this rule!
