As a retail investor I find it appalling that such a rule could be put into place that not only directly benefits the Market Maker, but it would ultimately prove the Retail investor is playing a rigged carnival game. The amount of individual investors, including myself, that will up and leave the market will be staggering. Its a choice that will be easy enough to make given the ever increasing growth of Cryptocurrency trading. Whats your choice SEC? A fair competitor to a breath of fresh air in the world of investing? Or an old dinosaur that, when all is said and done, will have nobody to blame but themselves? Lets be on the right side of history. Lord knows we all could use a bit of free and fair these days.
