I am FOR the rule change. Current SPAC has too much opportunity costs and puts investors at a disadvantage. Inflation can eat away the value/purchasing power. Also 100s of spacs each with millions, that much money put in a saving for no reason. It is better for the society if that money is in circulation and not locked up in saving.
