To whom it may concern,
I have been invested in PSTH and have full faith in Bill Ackman and his desire to give retail an equal opportunity. SPACs in general have been great except retail ends up only getting in as an afterthought and gets left holding over valued shares. We cannot control the excitement or speculation in general nor should we. The problem isnt the premium over NAV that hurts retail because it is frequently worth it. The problem is that retail isn’t given the chance to invest “AT” NAV. Big money gets them at NAV and dumps them onto retail for a profit. It is an unfair game. We shouldn’t do anything to hurt big money, we just want a level playing field. Please allow us to receive SPARC warrants. SR-NYSE-2021-45 is very important to the millions of us small retail investors working to build a better future. Thank you for your time.
