The proposal by Bill Ackman for SPARC warrants is an amazing deal for retail investors. It would enable them to invest with much less opportunity cost, something that does not seem to be available to retail in the SPAC industry. Also, members of the reddit forum r/PSTH, also seem to be in favor of the deal.
