Dear SEC, I am writing in support of the rule change SR-NYSE-2021-45. I think subscription warrants (SPARC) are a fantastic change to the way SPACS are run. They remove opportunity cost for retail investors by not requiring money to be stored in a trust until a deal to buy/merge with a company is made. -- Thank You, David Rotter
