A subscription warrant would allow retail investors to actually evaluate a potential transaction before investing. In short, it allows us greater access to information so we can make an intelligent decision about what we are investing in rather than blindly trusting SPAC sponsors - who may be willing to compromise on the quality of the transaction in order to collect their sponsor fees.
