I don't see how this benefits retail investors, in other words you remove any of what so little power they have to trade while institutions could continue to trade in affiliate exchanges to get the price they need( have you heard of dark pools?) .
Everyone knows what is happening and what has been happening in front of your eyes, with 0 action's taken and why is this rule implemented now.
Retail, doesn't agre to this rule and is outraged of unfairness.
