Hey SEC, I was dismayed to find that you are finding new ways to legalize FTDs and the dilution of companies even further. In doing so, you are ignoring the cancer in our markets and sanctioning the further consolidation of power by Hedge Funds and Market Makers over retail. Unacceptable. You claim to be for market transparency and the common people, and yet rule proposals like this show that you are nothing but a reactionary, outdated government agency doing nothing but protecting the status quo. We are trying to improve our lives, millions of working people trying to make a difference, and yet you propose rules that favor only the .1%. Shame in you. Dylan Waldner
