SEC, I believe this Rule Change is a kick in the face to retail investors like myself. This is not okay. Security lenders got themselves into this situation on their own. It isn't right to take "donations" from wealthy CEOs to encourage rule changes solely to protect reckless company investments. Thank you for your time and have a nice day. - J M Swanson
