I think a lot of retail investors don't understand this proposal and therefore the confusion on Reddit and elsewhere. If you could explain it in layman terms it could be of benefit to retail investors since most have no law degree. Just common folk that have a mistrust of the actions of WallStreet towards them. If you cannot explain this in common terms them I would vote no on these proposals.
