Dear Sir or Madame, i am a retail investor from germany and invested in the US Stock Market. I already absolutely lost trust in the SEC, the FED, and the whole US market looking at the situation you have created by not doing anything to protect retail. Are you out of your mind, just blind or maybe even complicit in robbing retail investors all over the world? The rules harm retail, do not provide any benefit for investors and only are in place to protect wall street and their criminal intentions. Thank you for doing nothing - the world is watching!
