HI, I am writing in response to the aforementioned. It is my personal opinion that this rule is rife for abuse and fails to address the systemic deficiencies leading to the problem to occur, rather opening the markets up to further abuse & emboldening the parties responsible to not only continue with their abuse but up-scale. What good is a band-aid for your cut when your assailant still holds the knife? As a chemical engineer, my expertise is setting up & improving systems so they may be more efficient. Putting a band-aid on a problem, as opposed to addressing the problem directly, will only lead to more risk and greater consequences down the line. More bloat is the last thing the SEC needs to operate with the limitations holding it back. Kindly, Brandon Wallace
