As an international retail investor, I am deeply concerned about the proposed rule SR-NSCC-2022-801. I believe this rule would undermine the credibility of the us financial system and show it for what it is: A system for the rich detrimental to the little investors. Big firms already have an unfair advantage in the US markets. Changing the rules everytime big firms almost crash the entire system without being held responsible for their irresponsible actions will remove what's left of the credibility of the US financial markets. That in return will guarantee that an entire generation won't ever return to the us markets and that it will be worst than making those responsible for taking infinite risk accountable for their actions. I firmly oppose the rule SR-NSCC-2022-801. Thanks you.
