All faith is being lost in the US market system. There's no transparency and obvious illegal trading being done by larger parties. Stop trying to implement rules like this that give them a get-out-of-jail-free-card for their risky and illegal behavior. If they never suffer the consequences of their actions, they will never stop, and we will just continue to have a cycle of crashes and recessions that only makes the average American suffer.
