Hello, I read this rule today realized you, the SEC, have no interest in protecting the retail investor. You only care about the interests of the wealthy. If this rule passes I will protest as I am protesting now that your system continues to show just how corrupt the system is. The little guy has always lost in your system and now you want to make sure to protect the bad actors that would shove the little guy down. This of the good you can do this in world rather then continue to protect the interests of the wealthy. We need change in this world the distribution of wealth is too different in American. Allow these bad actors to lose, stop protecting them and you will see a force for good change around the world. Do not pass this new rule. Thank you, Macario Lopez
