This whole market is built around protecting the rich and letting them off the hook with a miserable fine, this new rule just enforces that. What this law proposes is a new way to let the billionaires keep commiting crimes and abusing their privileges to manipulate and destroy the reputation of the market for their own benefits. SFTs generates infinite FTDs, not delivering the products and fair prices to the costumer, going against the law, ethics and morals, to add only complexity to an already corrupt market where the little investors have no one to beg for help. If they can FTD a FTD, when will it stop? This law creates a loophole to benefit the criminals. Dont let a few group of people destroy the credibility and fairness of the market.
