This rule is nothing more than another brazen attempt to bail out short sellers, hedge funds, and wall street execs at the expense of retail investors. This is an attempt at changing the rules mid-game to provide wall street yet another get of jail free card. Please withdraw this rule and propose rules with retail interests in mind.
