Good Evening, From an overseas Retail Investor but fully invested in US markets i would like to express my disagreement to the proposed Rule . SR-NSCC-2022-801 in my opinion does not benefit anyone who has invested in US markets, in fact just bring everyone’s capital at risk allowing more lending. The US Market main issue is the complexity. Allow me to add that Dark Pools and PFOF (Payment For Order Flow) are the main issues to be addressed. Fails to delivery are renewed on the daily basis preventing them from ever reach the 30 days. Please address does 30 days for a 48 days time frame. Regarding the proposed rule SR-NSCC-2022-801 i’m saying, no. Many thanks Adriano Matos
