This rule is a blatant effort to once again bail out the big institutions. It seems that when Robinhood and other brokerages took away the buy button from a group of selected securities it said it was to protect the retail investor when it did the opposite and created losses for most invested in the stocks targeted. I have lost faith in the SEC and passing this rule will just further my distrust towards the SEC and the American stock market.
