I am against SR-NSCC-2022-003. This is just another way for those complicit in criminal naked shorting and perpetual FTD kicking to never pay for their crimes against honest, hardworking retail investors.
We need the SEC to actual protect retail for once. Strike down this blatant criminal activity always and forever.
