This cannot be allowed to pass. This lets hedgefunds off the hook for making bad bets. If they don't want to deliver on their short positions and FTD's then we shouldn't let them get away with that.
This rule is just another way to allow wallstreet to take advantage of retail and make more loopholes to alleviate the consequences they face for their greed and corruption.
