I can't believe you guys are trying this one again. This is the, what? Third time you've wanted to change the rules of the game so folks stuck in a bad bet can get out of it? Get out of here. The people you protect wanted retail to grow so they had a larger pool of money to snatch. You and every watchdog let them. And now we're here. We see the things you never intended us to see. We're playing the legal version of the game that is the market and you were supposed to keep the market fair, not help it corrupt itself. But your got their greatest wish: millions of people pouring money into retail and my friends, we're not going anywhere
