December 19, 2022 How can we comment on something with entire sections redacted. It does not seem like the sec or nscc is being very honest with the people their agencies were created to protect. Should this not all be public knowledge. Why would you be hiding anything from public purview. These convoluted rulings do nothing while ignoring the glaring issues with the market currently. That said anything that holds these criminal firms to a higher standard I will support. Although with self reporting and self regulation these new rules seem to have little if any effect on actually improving the market for capital formation or protecting the retail investor.
