I'm a blue collar worker simply looking for a fair opportunity in the market. I and many other constituents feel that SR-NSCC-2022-003 does not bring the same opportunity to small retail investors as it does to already well off large entities. I believe this proposed rule grants an unfair advantage that is working against retail investors. Please do not approve SR-NSCC-2022-003. Thank you for your consideration.
