This proposed rule would be the ultimate betrayal of Goverment against its own citizens. This will rule will make me less confident to invest my money in the market. Giving more loopholes for hedgefunds to create synthetic shares to steal money from the retail investors is not something I think the Sec should be focused on. PLEASE DO NOT PASS THIS RULE.
