We the people do not want another way for the banks and market makers to get out of buy the stocks they’ve borrowed and have failed to deliver! We are tired of the one sided Ponzi scheme of a stock market! The market makers should be creating a fair market for everyone, not creating a market just for their wealth! Thank you for your time!
