Hello,
I am completely against the SR-NSCC-2022-003 proposal as it does absolutely nothing to help retail investors and creates the opposite of a fair market. All this does is create even more of an advantage than they already have for Hedge Funds, Market Makers, etc. I see no reason for this to be passed as all it does is hurt me as an individual investor and discourage me from investing in the stock market in the future. Again, I am completely against this proposal, I hope you take my voice into consideration.
