I fail to see how this would contribute to market equality, accuracy and transparency. This clearly would only benefit transactions whose existence creates an imbalance of the security at all levels. Every fundamental criteria of any qualifying security would be skewed and be mathematically incorrect. This market and system is 100% numbers based and I can't help but think this would add discrepancies.
