Dear SEC, Please do not approve and ratify SR-NSCC-2022-003. This proposed rule would protect financially reckless institutions and enable them to perpetually fail to deliver on their obligations. This proposed rule can only hurt retail investors and place them at an ever greater market disadvantage. Please perform your role in regulating fair and efficient markets, and do not pass this rule.
