Hello, As an investor I believe SR-NSCC-2022-003 is bad for all retail traders. This is the third introduction of this after it has been withdrawn twice already for being in bad faith. Lending even more securities to avoid obligations is in bad faith and continues the cycle of favoritism towards major market makers and hedge funds and hurts retail traders.
