Hello SEC, I am an individual retail investor and I oppose rule SR-NSCC-2022-003. It does not create transparency in the market and does not benefit me, the everyday retail investor, or others like me. It doesn’t promote a fair market and should NOT be adopted. Thank you, Gabe Anderson
