To whom it concerns, Sorry if you’re swarmed by complaints and comments by this point, but could you please explain to me how this rule proposal will result in a fairer market for retail? Internet can be an ecochamber sometimes, but I don’t see the positive in this monster 188 pages pdf and frankly I am frightened by its possible effects.
