You are a pathetic excuse for a regulatory body, and do essentially nothing to assure the general public that the stock market is fair. Thanks for making me do your job for you and point out that, "SR-NSCC-2022-003" IS NOT in the best interest of retail AT ALL and absolves the hedgefunds of their short-selling liability in a manner of speaking. It is protection for the same people who put this coutry's stock market at risk by creating shares that don't exist in order to short a stock. They made their bed and SHOULD HAVE TO LAY IN IT. Show me you actually have retail's best interests in mind, and not just the hedge funds you seem subservient to by throwing SR-NSCC-2022-003 in the garbage.
