To Whom It May Concern, I write to oppose the proposed SR-NSCC-2022-003 & SR-NSCC-2022-801 rules. To me this is just another way to hurt retail investors at the benefit of wall street & institutional investors. These rules prevent transparency and true price discovery and undermine the free and fair market we're supposed to be living in. Please reconsider passing these rules as it hurts those in the economy who need the most help and assists those who need the least. Bailing out wallstreet from their risky behavior should never happen again under any circumstances. Regards, Wilson Schumacher
