To whom it may concern, I am a retail investor and I oppose this rule. It does not create transparency in the market and does not benefit the everyday retail investor(s). It does not promote a fair market and should NOT be adopted. It, inversely, seems to support LESS transparency within the "free and fair" market currently in use. This proposed rule can and will be indefinitely exploited by bad market makers/participants. It is your duty to look out for RETAIL investors. Approving SR-NCSS-2022-003 will inevitably push retail investors globally towards pulling out of the fallacy that is the US market and investing elsewhere.
