You talk about helping retail investors and even considering this rule shows this administration is lying straight to retails face. Are you guys nuts? This proposed rule only helps market makers and hedge funds. Failure to deliver shares should be as serious as not paying rent. If you fail to deliver rent, you get evicted. Stop protecting corporations.
