I do not support the proposal at all. It is a further erosion of retail investor protections that are already seriously eroded. I would like to propose a rule that dark pools be banned. Dark pools DO NOT allow for price discovery and are simply abused by Short Hedge Funds and Market Makers. They are horrible for retail investors and a travesty to the principles of fair markets.
