Hello on regards to this new proposal i’m highly against it. If i get this right it regards naked shorts and synthetic being able to be buried even deeper. That MM and hedge funds will be-able to borrow shares that aren’t even there. Also seems they’ll be able to fail to deliver even more shares? How much slack do they need? I’m highly against proposal and know plenty of other retail investors who’re against as well. Rigging the game for them and making it harder for us.
