I am a retail investor and I oppose this rule. It does not create transparency in the market and does not benefit the everyday retail investors. People like me, who do not have infinite amounts of money, have found ourselves on the short end of the stick, and rules like this don’t promote a fair market and should NOT be adopted, or even considered. Once again, the wealthy class is trying to steal from us. As such, I must firmly ask that you deny the SR-NSCC-2022-003 proposal. Thank you, Phillip Benjamin
