I would like to express my objection this proposed rule change. This rule will give an even greater advantage to the big players in the market than they already have by adding more unnecessary complexity. I’m a retail investor and I’ve been paying attention to how the market makers manipulate stocks through dark pools off the exchange, as well as using payment for order flow(PFOF) deals to avoid accurate price discovery in a free and transparent market system.
