To whom it May Concern: This is a blatant excuse to try and continue harming retail investors by passing regulations that benefit market makers and other abbetors. When will the SEC stop trying to pass this obvious manipulation of rules that only rewards a small group of insiders while completely undermining retail investors such as myself?
