This proposed rule change is an affront to Americans, providing yet another avenue for corruption and stock market manipulation at the hands of Wall Street. The fact that every rule change is written with market makers/banks, for them, and to further disadvantage retail investors puts in jeopardy faith in the US market as a whole. This rule is a glaring testament to the audacity of a system which no longer tries to hide whom it ultimately serves. -An investor
