To whom it May Concern: As a business owner and retail investor I am applaud by this proposed new rule (SR-NSCC-2022-003). I believe this Is the third time this revision has come to vote and for the life of me It serves no purpose but to enact more laws safeguarding the banks for their bad choices. The American public has and Is being rung out enough that retail Is exiting the stock market In masses. Maybe pay attention to retail again and kill this proposal.
