Good morning, After reading the proposed rule change, SR-NSCC-2022-003, I have come to the conclusion that this rule change not only protects, but also assists in the practice of abusive short selling and also the illegal practice naked short selling. This rule seems to solely benefit market makers and financial institutions and hurt retail investors. It’s for these reasons that I ask you to please withdraw the proposed rule change.
