I do believe this new rule does not help retail investors and should not be implemented. We need stronger regulations to help our "FREE" market by heavily regulating clearing houses, market makers and hedgefunds who have lobbied to dilute the rules in their interests. We need heavier fines that surpass the profit they gained from breaking the rules. This is the people's country and the rules should work for us the working class retail investors NOT THE BILLIONAIRES. Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device
