NO on SR-NSCC-2022-003. This is clearly a slap in the face to retail investors, and a step in the wrong direction. Yet another loophole to avoid price discovery and enable MORE FRAUD. What makes you think we aren't watching you? For every comment that gets submitted, there are 100+ more people who silently seethe at this proposal, and others like it. There are millions of us.
